    Personal, professional service.

We offer personal, hometown service to all of our clients.  At some firms, you may have trouble reaching your lawyer.  Not so with us.  We do our best to be readily available and responsive to our clients.

    Our fee.

Our fee for most of the litigation we handle is contingent on the outcome of the case.  If we don't recover any compensation for you, you pay no attorney fees.  This allows people who cannot afford to pay a lawyer by the hour to have representation.

Depending on client preference, we also handle some cases on an hourly fee or blended hourly/contingent fee.
