We are located in the heart of historic downtown Excelsior Springs, Missouri.

 

From Kansas City:

Take I-35 North to Exit 20.  Follow Hwy 69 N. to Excelsior Springs.  Follow 10 East into downtown.  Turn left onto Kansas City Avenue (third stoplight on Hwy 10, just before a high-rise on your left).  Follow Kansas City Avenue to the 4-way stop.  At the 4-way stop, turn right onto Broadway.  We are just past Marietta Street on the south side of Broadway.  Parking is available on-street or in the parking lot on the north side of Broadway.

 

From the Kansas City International Airport:  Take I-435 East towards St. Louis.  Take the MO-291 / NW Cookingham Drive Exit (Exit 45).  Turn right onto MO-291 South toward I-35 N.  Follow MO-291 South to I-35 N.  Turn left onto I-35 N and go north to the next exit, Exit 20.  Follow Hwy 69 N. to Excelsior Springs.  Follow 10 East into downtown.  Turn left onto Kansas City Avenue (third stoplight on Hwy 10, just before a high-rise on your left).  Follow Kansas City Avenue to the 4-way stop.  At the 4-way stop, turn right onto Broadway.  We are just past Marietta Street on the south side of Broadway.  Parking is available on-street or in the parking lot on the north side of Broadway.

 

From Richmond:    Take MO-10 East to Excelsior Springs.  At the first stoplight turn right onto Kansas City Avenue.  Follow Kansas City Avenue to the 4-way stop.  At the 4-way stop, turn right onto Broadway.  We are just past Marietta Street on the south side of Broadway.  Parking is available on-street or in the parking lot on the north side of Broadway.
