Defective Products:    Products may be defective either by design or by the way they were manufactured.  There are any number of ways defective products hurt or kill people.  A fabric designed to protect the wearer from burns may not do so; a press may crush the hand of its operator; a vehicle may catch fire for no reason while driving down the road or during a collision; a vehicle roof may crush in on the occupants in a wreck; a seat belt may not restrain a passenger appropriately; a water heater may leak gas and cause an explosion; a child safety seat may not restrain a child; an airbag may fail to deploy or deploy improperly . . .  When products fail, people often suffer horrendous injuries that require extensive (and expensive) medical treatment and therapy.  We have the expertise to identify the defect and force negligent manufacturers to pay for the injuries caused to the unsuspecting users of dangerous products.

Personal Injury:       Personal injuries are sustained in car wrecks, train wrecks, because of inattentive tractor trailer drivers, as a result of doctor and pharmacist error, as a result of improperly stacked merchandise falling on people in the store, and from other causes too numerous to list.  Whatever the cause, if you have been injured as a result of the actions or inactions of another, we may be able to help.

Insurance Litigation:    Insurance companies never miss an opportunity to collect a premium.  Unfortunately, too often they refuse to pay valid claims.  If your insurance company is refusing to pay a claim, we can help.  Be it a life insurance policy, a disability policy, or an uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage policy, we have experience recovering from insurance companies who refuse to honor their commitments.

Business Litigation:    Business relationships sometimes sour.  We can help breach the gap to reach a compromise or, if necessary, we can litigate your claims.

Estate Planning:    Planning for the care you receive should you ever become disabled, ensuring that the your property is passed-on to the persons or organizations you wish to have it, and avoiding probate are some of the ways we can help.
